Built on Two Decades of Cutting Precision

LDCUT was founded in 2004, with a single focus: building cutting machines that manufacturers can rely on day after day, shift after shift. Over the past 22 years, that focus has not changed — only our technology has.

Today, more than 3,000 businesses across 80+ countries use LDCUT digital flatbed cutters to process corrugated board, PVC, foam, vinyl, honeycomb board, and dozens of other materials. From single-operator print shops to large-scale packaging lines, our machines are built to perform at the same standard regardless of production volume.

Manufacturing & Facility

Where Precision Starts — Our Manufacturing Standards

LDCUT machines are designed, assembled, and tested entirely at our facility. We have a team of professional engineers, mechanical technicians, and quality inspectors. A disciplined manufacturing framework focused on eliminating waste, ensuring consistency, and maintaining a controlled production environment.

What this means for your machine:

Every LDCUT machine passes through three mandatory inspection stages before shipment:

Stage 1 — Material Feeding and Cutting Accuracy Test

Each machine is run with real production materials to verify that the feeding system operates smoothly and that cutting accuracy meets the stated ±0.01mm specification under load.

Stage 2 — Cutting Platform Flatness Verification

High-precision instruments are used to calibrate cutting depth consistency across the full working surface. Any variance is corrected before the machine proceeds to the next stage.

Stage 3 — 24 to 48-Hour Continuous Stability Test

Every machine runs at full operating load for a minimum of 24 hours — and up to 48 hours for higher-specification models — before it is cleared for shipment. This test is not optional. No machine leaves our facility without completing it.

The result is a machine that is ready for production from day one, without requiring on-site calibration or adjustment by the customer.
